The Tunnel
By Michael
The train plunged into the smoky darkness of the tunnel, everyone stopped silent in the dangerous depths. As we settled down to playing cards and the constant predictions
of what the camp was going to be like, time seemed to drag on and it dawned on me was their going to be any light? I fell back lazily on to the back of my seat and gently eased the worries out of my head. In a sudden flick of my hand, a stream of light passed into the train almost like fire, We had made it to the end of the tunnel.
